Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Usually 5-10 Business days although shipping time varies by location and order size. We ship all small orders for in-stock product by Express. Large orders are shipped by air freight and advised on a by order basis.

No, we never save any payment information and we also have no access to your credit card information. Payments are safely processed through PayPal.

Yes, we do ship to your country. We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide.
Will my items come in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on our Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied within 14 days to your credit card or original method of payment.
